📋 About the role
 

VBLI is looking to hire part-time tournament staff for the 2026 outdoor season. Staff members will help execute each tournament from start to finish across our 19 grass event dates at Nickerson Beach Park, Lido Beach, NY — from May through September.

🎯 What you'll do
 

• Tournament set-up from opening to close

• Player registration — checking in teams and managing rosters

• Tournament management throughout the event day

• Merchandising — VBLI apparel and product display

• Photography and video support during events

• Customer service — engaging with VBLI's diverse player base

• Merchandise and prize sales and distribution
